Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clients (prospects) – take job orders and assign them to the account manager.
• Client meetings – attend as needed.
• Intake – employee field complaints about Elite's practices, procedures, or personnel, propose a plan of action, and administer per approval.
• Intake complaints – from guests, clients, or customers involving Elite employees, manage, follow up, and take the required action.
• Liaison with account managers, human resources, and scheduling; modified work duty program.
• Site plans – create, administer, and manage.
• Cell phone – maintained 24 hours a day.
• Company Meetings – attend as required.
• Field operations – develop and maintain the department policy manual (DPM).
• Handbooks – maintain & update (specified accounts).
• Insurance certificates – complete the form and issue to clients as required.
• Trade show exhibits – attend
• Client data – maintain and update the client master contract matrix.
• Account terms – determine and communicate with staff.
• Charitable contributions – consider and recommend.
• Collections – assist as required.
• Contracts – manager expiration notifications.
• Discipline issues – attend meetings as required.
• Employee investigations – conduct, oversee, and attend as required.
• Forms – create and design as needed.
• Services – consider and recommend discounted services.
• Tickets – deliver to prospective clients as required.
• Training – develop a certified civilian traffic training program.
• Travel – as required.
• Liaison – city of San Diego special events office.
• Purchase orders – create, receive approval, order, and process as required.
• Field Promotions – execute field promotions.
• Field management – approve time-off requests for field managers.
